How we will succeed
Raise $100K USD for regatta fees, training blocks, and travel
Land-based sessions focusing on strategy, fitness, communication, and coordination to strengthen overall team performance before on-water practice.
Leveraging TMP’s mentorship network to bring in professional coaching support for technical and tactical development
Investing in building trust, communication, and collaboration so the team is strong both technically and holistically.
Training sessions planned in IC37s where possible, or similar boats across regions where team members are located.
